- Hydration:
- Stay hydrated; water stations are available throughout the site.
- Bring your own water bottle to refill.
- Heat/Sun Care:
- Use sun protection: sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses.
- Take breaks in shaded areas to avoid heat exhaustion.
- Watch for symptoms like dizziness, nausea, and fatigue.
- Concussion Awareness:
- Know the symptoms: headaches, dizziness, confusion, nausea.
- If suspected, stop playing immediately and visit the Medical Tent.
- Follow a graduated return-to-play protocol after diagnosis.
- First Aid & Emergencies:
- For emergencies, go to the Medical Tent or notify event staff.
- Be mindful of flying footballs and sliotars during games.
- Bear Safety:
- Do not leave food unattended.
- Keep a safe distance and do not approach bears.
- Report sightings to event staff or security.
