  • In Case of Emergency
    • Remain calm and follow staff instructions. Alert staff or first aid providers if you witness an emergency.
  • Nearest Exits
    • Familiarize yourself with exit locations upon arrival. Exits are clearly marked, and staff can guide you in case of evacuation.
  • First Aid Locations
    • The Medical Tent is centrally located and staffed by medical personnel for injuries, health concerns, and lost children.
  • Evacuation Procedures
    • Move quickly and calmly to the nearest exit during an evacuation. Follow staff directions.
  • Severe Weather
    • Listen for announcements regarding shelter or evacuation instructions.
  • Fire
    • Report fire or smoke to staff immediately. Evacuate using the nearest exit and move to a safe location.
  • Bear Sightings
    • If a bear is spotted, games will be paused. Remain calm, back away slowly, and do not approach or run. Visit WildSafeBC for more information.
  • Lost Children
    • Report missing children to the Medical Tent. Found children will be kept there until reunited with guardians.
  • Emergency Contact Numbers
    • For emergencies, call 9-1-1 or notify event staff to contact emergency services on your behalf.
