- Coaching and Games Development Committee: It shall consist of the County Games Development Officer (who shall act as Rúnaí), and three other members nominated by the Management Committee for appointment by the County Committee.
- Health and Wellbeing Committee: It shall consist of the Children’s Officer (who shall act as Rúnaí), and three other members nominated by the Management Committee for appointment by the County Committee.
- Hearings Committee: It shall adjudicate on all Disciplinary Matters where a Hearing is prescribed and requested, relating to the Enforcement of Rules arising from matters under the Jurisdiction of the Canadian County Committee.
Exception: A Hearing of an Objection or Counter Objection is the function of the Divisional Competitions Control Committees within its jurisdiction
- The National Hearings Committee: It shall consist of five (5) members who shall be appointed by the County Committee. No member of a Divisional Competitions Control Committee may serve as a member of the National Hearings Committee. The powers of the National Hearings Committee shall be plenary powers.
- Appeals Committee: It shall consist of five members nominated by the County Committee. It shall hear all appeals arising from decisions of the Competitions Control Committee and the Hearings Committee of the Canada County Committee as appropriate. Its decisions on appeals shall be final and binding. It shall have the function of considering applications for a Review of Suspensions imposed in accordance with Rule, as set out in Rule 7.12 – Reinstatement’s, and of making Recommendations on these applications to the Central Appeals Committee established under Rule 3.49 for consideration.
